Welcome to CAST’s documentation!
CAST is a Python library for physically aligning different spatial transcriptome regardless of technologies, magnification, individual variation, and experimental batch effects. CAST is composed of three modules: CAST Mark, CAST Stack, and CAST Projection. The datasets / jupyter notebooks used in the demos could be found here.
Tutorials:
- Demo 1: CAST Mark captures common spatial features across multiple samples
- Demo 2: CAST Stack Align S4 to S1
- Demo 3: CAST Projection reconstructs spatially resolved single-cell multi-omics from multiple samples
- Demo 4: STARmap to MERFISH
- Demo 5: Using CAST to align Visium Samples
- Demo 6: Using CAST to align STARmap and SlideSeq Data
- Demo 7: Using CAST to align the left and right hemispheres in the ARISTA Dataset
- Demo 8: ARTISTA ΔAnalysis
